Two New Login Screens!

Hello Penguins,
Well today, as i was entering Club Penguin to decorate my new igloo, I found out there were two new Login Screens! Check them out:
One has to do with The Anniversary Party, It says its 1 day only! And check out the balloons! They are green, orange, and Blue again! Those are totally going to be the colors of the boxed party hats!
Now check this one, its the halloween party! Look at the full moon! I love it, but i dont see any storm happening! Hmmm...wierd!
